Pet care experience
I've been around dogs all my life as my family have always owned them from active collies to lazy bichons. I've got lots of patience and lots of love for dogs of all kinds and already often take care of my family and immediate neighbours dogs when they are away or when nobody is home.
Reviews
Professional, patient and kind. He did extremely well with my dog who is nervous with some reactive tendencies. He knew exactly how to approach her and within no time they were best buds!
Ed looked after Max again and as always Max had a great time. Lots of photos, videos and updates and a very tired puppy this evening! Thanks Ed!
Did a great job keeping Fisher company
Ed inspires confidence. He’s friendly and easy to work with. Dog seemed to have a great time and I appreciated the updates. Will definitely use again.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a reasonably sized 1 bed flat and work in my living room where your dog can easily keep a watchful eye out of the window or chill out on the sofa behind me. I have a fenced garden outside which can be used for breaks and the redhill common is only a short walk away for morning and lunch walks to make sure legs are stretched. The floors in the majority of my flat are wood so I have no worries about pups that might still need some training or dogs that can sometimes spill their water or food. My neighbours upstairs have two lovely cats that are very chilled out but if your dog does tend to bark or chase after cats please consider this when booking as I'd like to avoid any complaints. Similarly if you think your dog would get nervous about doors going or the noise of strangers upstairs then please also consider this when booking.

Information Ed D. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any needs that would make longer walks unsuitable or if stairs or hills are an issue. Access to the garden is down some steps and the common is a good uphill walk to start with so I wouldnt want to put extra stress on any older pups.
A typical day
Usually I would aim to be up and active at 8am so I can be ready for the day but we have a walk time of 7 to 7:30 if your dog is up for joining in with the local pack. Otherwise I'll plan to go out for lunchtime walk and then an evening walk if the weather is good enough. We are lucky to have the redhill common just at the top of the road so it doesnt take long at all to get somewhere safe for the lead to come off. Usually we'll go up to the top and play with a ball for fetch or sometimes on weekends we'll go for a longer walk down to the lakes in earlswood and back again (possibly with a stop in the pub on the way back)

Availability
I work from home and have a job that allows me some flexibility in what I need to do as I can work anywhere with an internet connection. I do have my calendar planned out usually months in advance so can be sure about how we can fit together and get the cover you need.
