Dylan was initially responsive and flexible when I had to change the date of our booking. He became difficult the day before our booking when he told me he was not available for a drop off on our scheduled day and asked me to drop our dog off the day before. I never actually met Dylan, only his girlfriend Holly who was polite. Our dog was returned to me with poo all over her bottom which is not typically an issue of hers so i am not sure what condition she was left in her during her two day stay. She was also very shaky and nervous for the first few hours we had her back which has never been her response after several bookings and overnight stays. I will not be booking with Dylan again and really did not get a great feeling about the whole situation.

Dylan was fantastic, he took care of our dog on short notice and was very flexible and accommodating when our travel plans changed! Dylan kept us updated with photos and messages, so I knew our guy was in capable hands and well taken care of!
