My dog had a blast with Dylan and her pup! I got lots of photos and updates throughout the day, which was perfect! ☺️ she was so sleepy afterwards from a day of fun ☺️? Dylan was also very patient and accommodating to all of my notes about my dog’s knee injury- thanks for your patience ??

Our family was looking for options to board our new puppy while we went on vacation when we tried Rover.com. Our puppy was only 9 weeks old so we required more than normal care and attention which removed most pet boarding options in the area. We had previously relied on family to take care of our pets, but the demands of a new puppy were more than we could ask for the 9 days we would need. Rover.com had been recommended by our close friends as they had used the service to great satisfaction. We decided to take a look. We came across Dylan after a reviewing roughly 15 profiles and we kept coming back to her. She had many good reviews, other pets that she lived with, and all within a minutes of our house. We made a request to Dylan and she responded almost immediately, eager and enthusiastic to watch our precious pup. Dylan provided text updates every day, with pictures and sweet messages to put us at ease that everything was going well. She went out of her way to work on her potty training and socialization. She even bathed our pup before we picked her up. Overall, our first experience with Rover, and Dylan, exceeded all our expectations and we will most definitely be using the service and Dylan again.
