Dylan was awesome! My dog Dexter can be a handful at times, but he seemed to behave himself and even really enjoy his time with Dylan. Besides that, Dylan was kind, responsive and flexible with my rigid schedule. I would highly recommend Dylan.

Dylan started off doing well with my 2 dogs. He had one incident where I walked in and my house was covered in mud but he was very apologetic and corrected this. Then 1 day he didn’t show up until 2:30, when he is scheduled at 12. No call, no warning. The next day he did not show at all, also no call. It wasn’t until after I contacted rover customer service where they suggested he had an emergency did he state he had one. I explained that in any job, it is still his responsibility to notify me so I can make other arrangements. My dogs were left from 7am- 4 when I could get home from work. In my opinion it’s neglect and I am extremely disappointed with the way Dylan handled the situation. I would not recommend him as being reliable.
