Pets Before Anything
Pet care experience
I live with 2 dogs, a husky/malamute mix and a Maltese. I take them out for walks, groom them, carry out health checks and I play with them with toys and I keep their brain stimulated with puzzles and hiding treats around my house. I am also currently studying a level 3 vet nursing course, this allows me to gain more knowledge about all types of animals. I have also been working at a pet shop for a year and a month now, within this time I have interacted with all sorts of pets ranging from guinea pigs, parrots, bearded dragons, dogs and cats. I have been attending training sessions about pet nutrition and the general well being and care of pets. Before the time I was working at a pet shop, I was volunteering at an animal college and looking after a range of different animals, exotic animals, birds, fish, farm animals and rodents. I have enjoyed every moment I have spent with animals till now and I am still enjoying meeting new pets each day!

Her animal care course means that she is also well equipped when handling animals and can spot signs of distress before anyone else can. I've known her to walk dogs with absolute responsibility.

I have a malamute/husky mix who is an escape artist, I am very wary about the safety of my own pets and will definitely be on the look out for your pets just how I care for my own. I am here to make your pets comfortable and cater to their needs as well as making this a great experience for both them and their owners!

Just let me know your day to day routine is like, how they usually behave around people and other animals/pets, if they have any allergies, if they have any special requirements and what their favorite games and toys are! If there is any other important information that I`ll need to know, please don't hesitate to let me know!
A typical day
Just recently I have taken my two dogs to the zoo! This was an amazing and new experience for them! Their brain was being stimulated as they were also seeing new places, they also enjoyed some ice cream as well! I aim to make my dogs experience as many new places as possible and this will be my same aim with your pets! But of course we'll discuss what kind of new places they'll be allowed to go to before our walks!

Availability
I am still currently working at the pet shop 5 times a week, I will be available 2 times a week. My schedule is set every week but I can take days off 3 weeks in advance and also work on the days off I have in the week.
