Before I start I like to have an understanding of the dog's breed, age, reproductive status, dietary concerns, allergies, behavior quirks or problems, overall health status of most recent checkup as well as favorite foods, toys, games.
A typical day
I engage in activities that are tailored to the individual dog I'm working with. We will engage in play that is specific to the breed and preference of each dog. Walk, run, whatever the dog likes we will engage with that behavior in a healthy and safe manner. I'm a runner and enjoy running with dogs that are built for running and healthy enough to safely do so.

Availability
My schedule is flexible enough that with a couple days notice I can usually fit in a playdate to walk/run your dog or stop over for a checkup to make sure that your dog's basic needs are fulfilled and they are living their best life while you are away.
