Pet care experience
I grew up on a farm caring for a variety of animals - dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and a pet pig named Winston. My passion for animal care grew through volunteering to rehabilitate sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife in Costa Rica for several years. Early in 2023, I gained invaluable experience in adult dog and puppy training, walking, play groups, and house sitting in New York City. Now, I do dog sitting, walking, and drop-ins near my home in Wimberley.

Duncan walked my parents elderly dog and sent updates and photos/videos of their walks and was super attentive to dog and their needs.
Duncan has been taking great care of our active doggo on his weekly walks with her! He shares great photos and videos and even noticed that she gets thirsty on walks so he brought a collapsible bowl to give her some water :)
Duncan quickly responded to our request and took great care of Gigi during a walk during crummy weather, even drying her and cleaning the mud from her feet afterward! He is a dog lover :) We are so grateful he was willing to walk her multiple times a week while we are busy.
Excellent dog watcher. The pup came home safe & sound! I will certainly be using Duncan in the future.

I have four friendly dogs to keep your pup company, but do have a separate guest cottage from the main house if needed. I have a fenced yard area, but often walk the dogs on leashes up and down our quiet dirt road every few hours. Also, I can crate them if needed.

Please let me know any unique circumstances/behaviors of your pets so I can keep them safe and give them the best possible care. I have experience working with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with behavioral issues, so your pups will be in good hands.
A typical day
I typically will walk clients' dogs on leashes in a nearby park, trail, or quiet road, play tug of rope or fetch with them, and give them plenty of belly rubs and pets. If client requests, I can also do behavior training where I reward them with treats for sitting, staying, shaking, etc.

Availability
I'm available to walk, house sit, and drop-in on your pups anytime after noon everyday. I have a permanent client for an hour walk at 2pm Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday
