Pet care experience
Growing up I was the kid that brought home every stray animal I encountered. During my childhood my awesome parents let me have a pet ferret, owl, tarantula, hamsters, dogs, and cats. My neighbor was a wild life vet and she would let me help rehab animals. Bottle feeding a raccoon was my favorite. I was lucky enough to work in her veterinary office every summer. As an adult I have fostered dogs for Cuz I Matter dog rescue and volunteered at Emancipet. Animals have always had my heart and I love being around them.

Dulce was AWESOME! We boarded our puppy for a long weekend and she sent us multiple updates a day with pictures, plus observations about toys he did and didn't like and other stuff we didn't notice ourselves. She also watched him closely for us because he injured his leg right before our vacation. Finally, she was super flexible when our flight was delayed and we were still able to pick him up even though we got in at 11pm. If I could give Dulce more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.
Dulce is an amazing dog sitter. Before I left my pup she spent time with me, talked about any specific concerns or considerations with my dog to make sure I was comfortable. I got several updates throughout the day including pictures and descriptions of activities. At the end of the day she took the time to give me a complete rundown of their day together. Absolutely amazing experience!
Amazing dog sitter!! She’s the greatest and went over and beyond my expectations! She knew i was nervous about leaving Daisy for a week and she made me at ease. She planned activities and kept me updated with pictures and videos! Very genuine towards me and the dogs!

I'm able to pet sit in my home or at a client's home. I have two dog & cat friendly corgis that would love having more friends to play with. My yard has a privacy fence and I will be installing peek bubble windows soon. I have a spare bedroom to crate or use as a suite for overnight pet guests. If your pet requires to be the only pet, my dog’s grandpawrents would be happy to take my dogs so that I can board your pet.

A typical day
I love to use puzzles and engagement games to play with dogs. I have a big yard to play or with a flirt pole. I never met a dog that didn’t like a brief 5-10 sniffy walk throughout their day. Sniffy walks are less about distance or physical activity and all about smells. To prevent stress or overstimulation I like to give dogs rest time to balance out playtime.

I’m taking a much needed break from my 15 year HR career. I’m loving being a stay at home dog mom to my two corgis, Jagger and Journey. My schedule is wide open to pet sit, walk dogs, and/or board.
