Drew took care of our dog on two separate occasions this month and we will most certainly be rebooking with him again! Drew is highly communicative, punctual, and responsive to needs. He treated our high energy pup like he was his own.

Super nice, very professional through messages. He would get five stars if I had booked him for drop in visits. I greatly appreciate this service and someone agreeing to take care of my semi high maintenance dogs. However, I wanted a house sitter that would stay the entire day and I have had someone complete my expectations the first time I used Rover, but she was unavailable this time. I paid for the extended stay hours. I was aware he would be absent during one of the days, but I still expected him to stay for awhile that night. I do not know exactly how many hours he spent with my dogs a day, but it was not the eight hours I requested. He did not use many pee pads, if any, and now one of my dogs is out of the habit and wont use them - very unusual for her. He did not open the treats I bought and asked him to give them. I am not one to leave a bad review and I honestly would not have left one at all, but emma not using the pee pads after I am gone for a week is really frustrating. My thought is that she didnt have them to use during the extended hours she was home alone and now she wont use them.
