Looking for new friends for a walk
Pet care experience
Well by boys Jack and Bailey have moved on to the Rainbow bridge, and Now I have my buddy Bootsy. Bootsy is roughly 2-3 years old. He's a Borgie, a Corgi/Beagle Mix. What a cutie. I love taking him everywhere with me. He loves to hang his head out the window when I drive. (don't worry, he has a seat belt and is buckled in). We go on walks quite a bit, so everytime I put my shoes on or grab my jacket, he jumps up and gets excited because he thinks we are going somewhere. He lives with a 10 year old cat that has put him in his place a few times. He was a rescue so it took some time getting used to the cat, they sleep together now. I go hiking and camping and anywhere else, Bootsy comes with. We are just looking for someone to do some walking with too. I'm not much of a runner, so I don't take my guy or anyone else's for a run. Bootst is just looking for some friends to explore the town and neighborhoods with. I personally hope to utilize this opportunity to spend more time outside. I really love the outdoors and sharing it with our dogs is even more fun!

I love my animals so much. In the past, my animals needed extra care and medications taken daily. That became a normal occurrence in our days and eventually a full-time 24-hour surveillance of my poor guy.

I have had to care for a disabled pet in his last years. He needed extra special care which meant monitoring him at all times. I am prepared to take what ever special necessary steps to make your pet as comfortable as possible.
A typical day
The trails in the woods are my happy place. Whether a greenway or sidewalk, I will find a trail to hike. I live near downtown Cary, so the new park and dog park have become a frequent spot that we have been visiting. We love to find large, enclosed fields to run in also.

Availability
I start my day every day letting my pup and cat outside. I give them a bit to eat, then move on to my day. I work early and get home around 2:30, so I spend the whole afternoon and evening with them.
