I think overall, Drew did a fine job. My biggest concern is that he did not show up the first night we were gone and did not respond to texts. I finally had to have my neighbor go over to check on my dog. Then he showed up later than we discussed in the morning. So my dog would have gone 24 without food and 18 hours without being let out. It just started our trip on a bad note and questioning if we chose the right person. He sent me two or three updates while we were gone for 9 days. He also only went twice a day to feed her and let her out when notes on the app specified I didn’t like her left alone for more than 12 hours. He always greeted her and seemed fine with her. Didn’t really see that he played with her much on our cameras, so I doubt we use him again.

Drew is a life saver! He was able to come by in a pinch and Axel had the best time! Drew was punctual, professional and communicated effectively! Thank you for caring for Axel.
