Pet care experience
Having been raised by a dog breeder I have plenty of experience looking after dogs of various breeds. Majority of my experience has been small or toy sizes however I am comfortable with medium and larger breeds. I’ve had experience in bathing, walking, and cleaning up after. Experienced in hosing dog kennels, crates, and mucking out stables, I’m proud to say I’m not squeamish picking up excrement. Having been raised on a farm, I have also cared for horses, goats, and chickens.

I like to know the typical behavior of dogs I look after, how they act around other people or dogs we may encounter during our outings. If there is any history of medical conditions. As well as personal rules regulated by the pet parents ( i.e. Max is not allowed on the sofa. Discourage Jack from begging for scraps.)
A typical day
Happy to take my dogs for walks in neighborhoods or parks approved by their pet parents. I’m also content to pet sitting at home with less active dogs in need of company and attention. Comfortable doing mundane care tasks such at feeding, cleaning after, or playing with toys.

Availability
I work part time four to five days a week. I do not have a license, gigs that are outside of walking distance I will need to know in advance to have transportation available. Looking for flexible work weeks as my part job may affect my availability.
