The Presence of Pets 💝 in Our Lives I AM now living in Southern California focusing only on Home 🏡 and Pet 🐶🐱🐠🐟🦋🐹🐰🐴🐁🐀🎄🐾 Sitting. The presence of pets in our lives shares so many of their inherent attributes and gifts: 1) Unconditional LOVE 2) Teaching us to honor our Intuition 3) Always speaking their Truth (they can not pretend nor lie about their emotions) 4) Knowing exactly when we need protection or a cuddle and staying close to us. I grew up with cats all of my life, sometimes horses and have pet sat for dogs. In addition, I have performed healing energy sessions for many animals. These Sentient Beings make no distinction between their Mama’s and Papa’s skin color, race or financial status. It is of paramount importance that they feel safe and their love which is offered so unconditionally is reciprocated. People often question why a person living without a physical home, i.e. on the street, in a ⛺️ tent, a park or a doorway has a pet? It is for the simple reason that this 💝 is felt on a daily basis. These pet owners always make certain that their furry children are first and foremost properly fed, even if only one slice of bread 🍞 is available for themselves. Our pets make us laugh 😹 with their silliness, funny antics and mischevious or sneaky playfulness. Have you ever noticed that animals play with one another regardless if they are visually, hearing or physically challenged? Kittens still run, play, pounce, meow and cuddle. Animals which have often been living on the streets injured, lonely and starving, begin to HEAL once they receive 💝. In the last 3 years, so many animals have been adopted into loving homes from shelters. Thus, their presence has helped us to heal during these times. I AM so appreciative for having accepted my gifts as a Healer in connecting with the animal kingdom, a gift which each one of us possesses. Do you realize that animals understand every language spoken by humans, yet we are still learning how to understand them? It is wonderful to meet all the different pets as a Sitter all over the world, ranging from one to several cats, dogs, horses, hamsters, rabbits, turtles, marine Angels (aquarium fish) and reptiles. Each experience is different, even when returning to the same family home. I have decided to arrive a day early before the Sits, when in agreement with the family😊 I AM a non-smoker and I very rarely drink alcohol. The Asian and European tradition of wearing house shoes or bare-feet in the home, is a practice in my own home. At the very least it keeps the floors cleaner😊, especially with furry children. I AM the only sitter during our agreed time while living in your lovely 🏡. Although I focus on enjoying vegetarian and vegan culinary dishes, I know the importance of feeding raw and cooked meat to the animals. My Mickey Mouse Tuxedo kitty used to love sitting in front of the oven, impatiently waiting for his piece of healthy salmon from the First Native Nations sold at the Farmer’s Market. 😻 Is it soup yet MEOW? I also honor and understand the care for special needs animals. Since walking is one of my Primary modes of transportation, taking dogs to the beach, down the street or playing in the yard is natural and enjoyable for me too.😊 Dr. Berta Maria 😇🦋
