Hi, I am a dog owner myself with my son. He has a dog walking business and has taught me a great lesson about humility, empathy and compassion for people and animals. I also study science and publish articles about oxytocin relating to the effects on people of dogs bonding. When it comes to exercise each dog is different but, the key is get them out sniffing, bath room breaks and playing instead of bored and lonely. Finally, there is a lot to be said about socializing a dog and getting them out where they feel familiar with the world around them instead of nervous having never seen or done that much exploring.
