Doug is a very good dog owner and dog sitter. He is extremely kind and patient and loves all different kinds of animals. While in college he rescued a wonderful dog that has grown to be an fun loving and energetic dog that brings great joy to all who come in contact with her.

Doug Smart has got to be one of the better dog owners I've ever known. He rescued his own dog roughly a year and a half ago now, and as his roommate it has been a pleasure to have his dog around. It can be tough to balance school and training a very young dog, Doug adopted her when she was around 4ish months old give or take, but he still managed to excel at raising her while taking on a full class schedule. He ensures his dog gets outside PLENTY throughout the day, and it didn't take long before she became very well trained. He has always spent hours playing with her, teaching/training her, and walking/running her every day. If Doug is out of the house for more then a couple hours he will leave whatever he is doing to ensure she is not alone too long ever, as his dog is his first priority. He is also extremely coordinated and always finds an ample support system or appropriate place to stay for his dog upon a day or weekend away from the house. Doug is a perfect candidate to become a dog sitter for Rover and, as previously stated, is one of the best dog caregivers I've had the pleasure of being around.
