Availability
I currently work a hybrid schedule at work, with a couple of days during the week being my "work from home" days. Evenings during the week are also good for me. On weekends I have more availability and able to travel to either do drop-ins or walks. Lastly, I rarely travel for the holidays and with plenty of "heads up" time, I am available during the holidays.
