Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since the day I was born, regularly feeding and training the family dog(s). I love animals of all backgrounds and currently have 2 cats. My favorite activities are taking dogs on walks/hikes and helping to train them to be smart, safe pups!

Doug is beyond compassionate, caring, and is warm towards both humans and animals. Doug loves to be outside and has been know to take his cats camping and hiking. Doug has also been so loving and playful with my dog. He is reliable, trustworthy, and an overall incredible person who leaves a positive impact wherever he goes.
Doug has looked after my 2 cats numerous times, and they have come to really like him. I can tell through the photos he sends! My cats have a specific feeding routine with some raw food and supplements, and Doug has been able to feed them according to my instructions. The litter box has been clean when I come home. I am thankful to have a reliable cat sitter that can arrive on time and accommodate the feeding requirements and is kind to my cats.
Doug has a genuine love for animals, that's why I trust him to care for my dog, Lewis. Doug is gentle with my old dog, but engages in play and active walks that keep Lewis young in spirit. Dependability is why I hired him, but his loving care is what Lewis and I appreciate the most!

A typical day
I love to exercise dogs by walking, running, or playing fetch. I also like to stimulate dogs through training and playing with their favorite toys. My favorite place to walk is along the river trail in town and visiting local parks. I can also take them on a longer hike if that is something you think they would enjoy.

I am currently between jobs so I have tons of availability to care for your pet! Preferably Monday-Friday though some weekends will be available as well.
