We've been using dogvacay for about a year now and nothing like this has ever happened. When we went to pick up our dog everything seemed fine until we got home. When we took off his sweater (because he was scratching a lot) he was covered in fleas. We bathed him right away and about 50 fleas came off. He had rashes all over his body from the fleas and had itched himself raw. We had to take him to the vet to get antibiotics to help with the pain and itchiness. They said nothing to us.

Jacob and his family were wonderful with Moo. I was a little concerned with Moo being such an old man and being around children but Jacobs daughter was so sweet and gentle with him. A very loving and caring home, would recommend to anyone looking for overnight care and much love for their pet while they are away.
