I am an elementary school teacher with abundant love and patience. I have spent a lifetime caring for my own pets including dogs (German Shepherds, Labradors, poodles, terriers etc.) cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, a tarantula and more. I am the go to person for my friends who need dog and cat sitters and the first person that people contact when they have questions about their new pets. I currently have two dogs, one of which is a senior dog with disabilities. I am comfortable caring for senior animals and with administering medication. I am knowledgeable about pet care and will provide loving companionship to your pet.

Incredibly quick reply and prompt walk. I was sick and unable to walk my dog who is high energy and requires a lot of physical activity. Dorothy came within 15minutes and walked Penny for an hour. Would highly recommend and also use again!!!
Dorothy is great! My Roxy loved her! When I met with her she listened carefully to my instructions while taking copious notes. She makes sure to keep in touch with you providing updates and pics. This was the first time I used Dorothy and I’m so glad I found her! Thanks Dorothy!
I’ve used rover in the past and never had a sitter more caring than Dorothy. She was a available when I was stuck at work and could swing by on short notice. She gives tons of attention, goes on long walks, and plays with her the entire time. I give her 5 stars because she treats my dog as if she were her own. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
