Hi! My name is Doris. I have a Shepard/husky mix who loves playing with other dogs. I love taking dogs on walks and meeting neighbors...often they remember the dog's name before mine. (But I'm sure you're in the same boat!) I used to volunteer at the spcaLA Long Beach and plan to take my son and volunteer together when he is old enough. I am notorious in the family for following stray dogs for blocks to rescue them. I'm happy to say that many were reunited with their families. I grew up with dogs, small to medium size. We had as many as 3 dogs at one time. We babysit our friends and family's dogs when they go on vacation. We also like to be out in the yard and our neighbors' dogs always stop by to say hello on their walks. So, you've come to the right place! Your fur baby will be treated with love and special care, whether it's snuggling up, chasing balls, or checking out the neighborhood. I have a big shady backyard that is walled and fenced so there's plenty of room to enjoy the breeze when your pup stays with us.
