I’m Doria, a graduate from Columbia University. I am currently working from home that allows me to be flexible and interact with my favorite animal, dogs! Rover is definitely the right place for me. I love dogs because they’re so adorably irresistible. I want to meet, play, and care for as many dogs as possible, becoming your pup's best friend while you’re away! Growing up, there were dogs all around. Recently, I had a Chow and Lab mix and am the go-to pet sitter for neighbors, family, and friends. Some of my favorite pups I’ve watched were Labs and Poodles so I feel comfortable caring for dogs of any size, breed, and personality! Some of my skills include feeding, bathing, and taking pups to the vet. In addition to my love for dogs, felines have been a huge part of my life! My family owned several cats growing up and I just love their cute whiskers and independent personalities! I would love to offer care to any feline friends on Rover, too. I’m a very responsible, candid, and loving person. I understand how important communication is - both with the dogs and their owner. I’ll be honest about what I need from you in order to keep your pup happy, and be sure to give you photo and text updates regularly. In my free time, I love to explore my beautiful neighborhood, especially the beach and park nearby. There are lots of green spots and beautiful trails for your pup to enjoy. I’m also a bit of a songstress and love to shop and hike! Your pup would be welcome to join me on any of these adventures and maybe even join me in song!
