I am a "stay at your home" sitter. Dog sitting/check-ins/walking is my hobby, pet loving is my LIFE! In your home your fur babies will not be left alone longer than 4 hours. I will cuddle with them, play with them, and we will enjoy outside time together as well, car ride??? visit to the dogie park??? a stroll in your neighborhood??? SOOOOO much fun! I take pride in the quality TIME I spend with your FUR BABIES and how much I spoil them *BONUS they spoil me with their love n' cuddles! While staying in your home I will ALWAYS clean up after myself! Growing up I always had dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds and fish. I loved all my babies and couldn't imagine my childhood without them. Their every day care was my responsibility, from feeding/water, grooming and barn/cage cleaning. My strongest skill is "LOVE N COMPASSION" for your fur babies, I can sense when one of your babies is stressed or not feeling well. I have experience giving medicine and vitamins, basic potty training and doggie manners and etiquette. Pet sitting (loving) is a BIG part of my life... so you can bet your baby(ies) will have my undivided attention and unconditional love (can you say belly rubs???). I can only accept non aggressive dogs! As an adult I have had several dogs, cats, birds and fish... I believe becoming a pet owner is a life long commitment, animals are not disposable. Currently I a full time Mom to my 12 yr old grand daughter (she would be staying over night with me and will sometimes accompany me for the check-ins/walks), and in the Fall I will be returning to my studies as a full time college student, . At this time I am not able to have my own fur babies this is another reason why I love helping you take care of yours... and the extra money for textbooks and tuition helps too! *Remember ALL stays booked on Rover receive complimentary pet insurance.

Doreen was a great sitter for our pups! She always kept us up to date with them, sending us photos and texts to let us know how they were doing- a big piece of mind considering our dogs are like our kids! The dogs loved her right away after meeting her at the meet-and-greet. We will definitely be booking with Doreen again!
Freddie and Geordie were well taken care of under Doreen's watch. They seemed happy and rested and well fed when we got home. Our house was as clean as we left it, our plants were watered, papers and mail brought it and all in all it will be a no brainer to leave Freddie and Geordie with Doreen again! Thanks Doreen!
Doreen is great with the animals, including the cat and guinea pig. We got twice daily updates via text and e- mail. The house was left in good and clean condition, just as it was when we left. We will use Doreen as a sitter in the future.
This was my first time using Rover.com. I found Doreen in a panic because I anticipated taking my dog with me on my trip but was told she was not allowed. The night before we were to leave, I found Doreen's profile and sent a message. Bright and early the next morning she replied that she would be able to watch my Penny. We met that same day and Penny seemed to like her. I booked her and she even gave me a coupon for money off. Each day she sent me updates and pictures of Penny. She took Penny out to different places (with my permission of course) and all the pictures showed my dog happy. She was well fed and taken care of. The house was exactly how we left it (all the dishes cleaned, bed made, no mess or problems). I was so worried about Penny all week and Doreen helped with that by the pictures and updates. I am extremely satisfied and am so thankful to her and that I now have her as a resource for dog sitting. She even watered my plants. Thank you!
