I have taken care of dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish and rats in my home. I love animals and yours would be well taken care of. I’m retired with very little structured obligations so I’m available almost always. I like to get outside to get some exercise in the early mornings. I have no pets now. My pool area is fenced in but I would not feel comfortable leaving pets out there alone. I would not take risks with your pets. Doreen took amazing care of Renee. I could tell by how relaxed and happy Renee was when we first met Doreen, when we arrived at her home, in the photos and when I picked Renee up - she came home happy, ready to play and totally at ease. I am so grateful to have found Doreen! Also, with Renee being 15 and having a few health issues, she’s on 3 medications, and sometimes doesn’t want to eat, but with Doreen she ate all of her meals without hesitation and Doreen maintained her meds schedule perfectly. Also, being in a home without stairs was great for Renee; Doreen has lots of zero incline space to relax, explore and enjoy. It’s great to know Doreen and take comfort in being able to book with her when I need to travel. Renee loves her and so do I!
Rory, a 10-year -old Boston Terrier spent his first afternoon with Doreen and they both seemed to enjoy each other's company. Rory can be nippy with people he doesn't know, but he responded very well to Doreen during our meet and greet, and he was very affectionate with her at her house. He was a happy dog when I picked him up. I will not hesitate to have Doreen look after him in future.
