"Dogs are not our whole life but they make our lives whole". I am a believer that our four legged pets are our sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters. They are as big a part of our lives just like any other family members. With one big difference - they need our love, care, and attention for their entire lives. They love us unconditionally so why not love them back? I am a current pet owner and have been for seven years. My dog is pretty much the center of my life. We love going on walks on local trails around the Coquitlam River (swim too!), and to the doggie beach at Buntzen Lake. Or just out to the park to throw a ball or stick around.

It is obvious that Donovan loves dogs. His gentle but firm nature has dogs seeing him as a friend and pack leader. I have used Donovan for a few years now.
Donovan is a wonderful dog sitter. He has a natural way with dogs of all breeds, understanding their subtle cues and works with them to gain their trust. If you are looking for a responsible, fun loving, outdoor enthusiast who will take your dog out on long walks (a tired dog is a good dog!), look no further!
Donovan took care of my frenchie Xena for a week while I was away. She had absolutely adored him and his dog. Caring of dogs seems to come in a very natural way. Not only is Donovan very responsible and professional, but also very easy going, and is able to quickly build rapport both with the dog and with the owner. I was very impressed with Donovan while I had my puppy with him, as he had daily emailed updated photos and provided detailed status report. Overall, I was very happy to know that I had left Xena in great hands, which had provided me with the peace of mind and was able to be worry-free throughout my vacation.
