Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole adult life. All my dogs are from the seeing eye institute. I have always loved dogs and really enjoy being around them. I have 3 boys 18,15,13 who have helped me with my care and nurturing side that allows me to help take care of your fur babies. I enjoy spending time with dogs. I love to interact with them and walk then. I love just bring around them and really enjoy their company. I have a 6 year old German Shepherd that is from the seeing eye institute in North Jersey who I adore. I have been dog sitting and dog walking in my area for the past 10 years. I would like to know a little about the dogs likes and dislikes. Places they like to hang out in the house. Their basic temperament. Also I would need contact information for their veterinarian and a copy of their shots. Also cell # of pet owners and an emergency contact name and number. I like to have a pre meeting to get all the information about the dog and owners. And also it gives me a chance to meet everyone and have them meet me.
A typical day
I will mirror the owners routine as close as can be. I let the client pick the routine, I want the dog to have the comfort of doing the samethings their owners do with them so I try to just keep the same routine. I let the customer really design the time. In addition at no extra charge I will feed fish or water house plants.
