I love, play, talk and interact with your pet just like you would. I praise them and if allowed, give them treats. If im watching someone's dog, I'll ask if its ok if they sleep with me. I pay close attention to their diet. I feed them as instructed. You don't want to come home to a baby that has an upset tummy. I try to keep their routine as close to normal as possible. A stress free fur baby is a happy fur baby which makes for a happy stress free Mom and Dad! I always ask for emergency contact numbers incase mom and dad can't be reached. I'd like at least 1 person that I could contact that would have power to make major decisions should the need arise. Fortunately I've never had to reach out!
