I have cared for many kinds of animals for most of my life. With ten years Veterinary Technician experience, I can administer medications or special care to aging or sick animals, as well as care for healthy and active pets. Dogs, Cats, Birds, Fish, reptiles. I will keep your pets on a routine, as I stay at your home overnight, and attend school during the day. The Columbia or Moberly areas work best for me.

Donna was awesome. We have a very energetic husky named Spirit. We hired Donna to walk her while we were out of town and family members were dog-sitting. Donna went above and beyond, such as extra long walks and even helping feed Spirit just to help out. She is also very knowledgeable about training and we picked up a few tips from her! We would absolutely recommend her!

Before I sit for your pet, I need to know if they have any medical concerns, or food allergies, if they have anxiety issues, or any bad habits that I need to be aware of in order to keep them safe and healthy. I need to know if they have any issues of aggression towards other animals or humans, and whether they are escape artists. I will need an emergency phone list, the name of your Veterinarian, and a detailed description of the routine your pet is used to, so I can adhere as closely as possible to that routine. This will ensure that they have the most relaxing, and rewarding experience possible while their human parents are away.
A typical day
I will give your pets lots of attention and love. I will reinforce your rules regarding behavior, or work on reinforcing training if needed, based on praise and positive rewards. As a former Veterinary Technician, I will pay close attention to signs that your pet may need veterinary care, and report those findings to you.
