Pet care experience
Growing up on a prairie farm, raising children on a mountain acreage and now retired by the lake I have been surrounded by pets my entire life I missed out on many adventures for lack of proper pet care. That was, until I discovered Rover. I travel a lot now and take comfort in knowing my pets are comfortable and happy. Whether you want to drop your pup off overnight or just for a couple hours while you head out. Our yard is fenced for medium to small dogs. And we have designated play, nap and walk times to suit the needs of your pet. Our home is open for Rover to roam as part of the family during his or her stay. Certified in canine communication, animal psychology and level 1 dog training. I only take one booking at a time to guarantee one on one care. Two or more family pets are welcome for a nominal fee. No in tact or aggressive pets please. Stay safe, travel with ease and don’t leave Fido in the car or camper.

I have a fenced yard for outdoor freedom, a nearby field to run off one energy for pups with good recall. And run of the entire house for learning time, puppy massage and grooming or naps anywhere.

To keep all pets safe and healthy please have your pet wear a collar with name tag and phone number. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations may be required before the sit. (Ie tag or copy of veterinary certificate)
A typical day
Our walks are limited to 2-3kms at a time. If your dog is high energy we also have a field for fetch if he or she has good recall.

Typically we have a different activity every 2 hours. With learning games, walks, naps, cuddles and eating. The have freedom to go outdoors any time as the door to the enclosed veranda. We all pile into the bedrooms at night so your pet isn’t left out of sight.
