We had a German Shepherd who passed away from cancer two years ago. We have not committed to getting a dog full time so this is my compromise with my two daughters. We have a small yard, but your dog will get exercise and plenty of interaction with people. As I said we have two daughters who will play with your dog until they go to sleep, because they are not afraid of dogs of any size. We are normally available Wednesday night to Sunday night but we are flexible. I will not allow the dog on the sofa or in my bed, but my daughters may very well tuck your dog in with them.
