For 12 years, I raised and grew up with a Labrador mix. As someone who grew up as an athlete and remains active, I would love to play or walk your pet as long as needed! While taking care of my own dog, I walked, feed, and provided medical care for over multiple dogs across various breeds, including a Chow Chow, a German Shepherd, a Labrador, and a Maltese, and a cat for neighbors and friends. My patience, determination, and reliability allowed me to care for a range of ages from puppy to seniority. I would love to have my pet with me now but due to frequent traveling, it's sadly not the right time for me, so I'm glad for the opportunity through Rover!

We recently had the pleasure of engaging Dominique for Rover's in-house dog sitting service for our Rhodesian Ridgeback during our 6-day trip. We were thoroughly impressed with Dominique’s exceptional flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request. Our girl seemed content and well-cared for upon our return, which put our minds at ease. Overall, the service provided by Dominique was reliable, trustworthy, and provided daily check-ins, making our time away from our pup much more manageable and worry-free.
Dominique did a great job taking care of my dog while we were away for 4 days. She also took very nice care of our house, leading it very clean! She took her dog on lots of walks, and played all her favorite games with her!
Dominique has cat sat (daily visits for food and medication) for me twice for a total of about 20 days and has been very dependable and communicative. I will definitely book her again and recommend her services.
We enlisted Dominique to help care for our 4 month old rescue pup, Walker, who arrived sooner than expected. My husband and I both had work obligations. We needed someone with him daytime, for two days, in our home. Dominique was responsive, caring and responsible. She took on all the obligations that go along with puppy care, and did it with joy.

For me, it’s their stay, their way! They lead me on their walks, so I allow them to safely do what they want, within reason of course. I can even bring them along for a walk request and make a new friend! Any specific requests for them? Let me know! I always keep the water bowl full and pets happy and healthy.

A typical day
I love to stimulate dogs mentally and physically. We'll go for long walks at nearby parks or trails such as Goodwill Park, play games, and use enrichment tools. My favorite park to visit is Goodwill Park!

Availability
I am currently working under a fellowship at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. My hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, but because I am not an official employee, I can adjust my schedule to fit the needs of your pet. In addition, I am available on the weekends.
