I don't have any pets of my own. I stay in a studio apartment with my roommate, who also loves pets, so there are two beds which makes the space look really small but pets are allowed on furniture as long as they do not have bugs. I can provides baths, as long as the pets soap/preferred soap is brought along. Also please don't forget to bring pets food and food bowls, having their own things tend to make them more comfortable. There is a large yard in front of my apartment but it is not fenced. There are also a lot of stray cats, there's a lady that feeds them she lives right next to me.
