Experienced and Flexible Sitter

Pet care experience

I am excited to offer my services as a dedicated and passionate dog sitter. At 24 years old and currently a student with a flexible online class schedule, I have the perfect blend of energy, time, and commitment to care for your beloved pet. My experience with animals is extensive—I’ve lovingly raised and cared for three dogs and a tortoise, each of which has taught me valuable lessons in patience, understanding, and the unique needs of different pets. My love for the outdoors aligns perfectly with the needs of an active dog. Whether your furry friend enjoys leisurely strolls or energetic runs, I am an enthusiastic walker who believes in the importance of regular exercise for pets. Working from home allows me the flexibility to provide constant companionship and attention to your dog, ensuring they are never lonely or anxious. Beyond just walks, I am deeply caring and attentive to the emotional and physical well-being of animals. You can trust that I will treat your pet with the same love and care as if they were my own. Being a student, I also understand the importance of a routine and will ensure your dog’s feeding, walking, and play schedules are maintained consistently. Choosing me as your dog sitter means entrusting your beloved pet to someone who is not just experienced, but also genuinely passionate about the happiness and well-being of animals. I look forward to the opportunity to meet and bond with your dog, providing them with a safe, loving, and fun-filled environment in your absence.

Dominic did an amazing job looking after my 2 German shepherds, my older boy often gets separation anxiety, but there was no signs of that when we got back. Both dogs were tired, calm and well looked after when we got home and he left the house lovely and tidy too - which is tricky with 2 giant dogs and classic Welsh weather! Great communication too. Would love to have Dominic come again and would highly recommend him 😁

Dominic made friends with Stooze straight away and put me at ease that he was in good hands. Stooze had a great time on his walkies today

Dom is fantastic with dogs. He builds relationships with them extremely easily, and really puts them at ease making them feel safe. I have seen him grow up with dogs and interact with new dogs and he's always offering to feed and walk them. He has a genuine love for them and I know he'll make a great sitter.

I don’t have a preference for breeds as I love all dogs equally. Happy to complete any additional care such as medication or adjust dietary requirements. Toilet trained and well behaved dogs proffered but not essential.

A typical day

I would firstly ensure that your dog is hydrated and fueled for the day and has immediately been let out into the large garden to exert some energy and go to the loo! Then we would go for a walk either to the local park or the beach where I will stimulate the dog with games and ball throwing. Then home for some recovery and lunch. In the afternoon, if the dog requires a second bout of exercise, then another local walk around the park will be done, followed by dinner.
