I may be new to Rover but I’m a great caretaker! I have cared for medium to giant dogs for most of my life and worked as a dog groomer after graduating college where I was exposed to all types of dogs. I work from home so I will be able to put my full attention into caring for your dog. I also offer grooming services! Prices are based on the size of your dog and what services you need done (bath, groom, nails, etc.) Message me for inquiries.

Watched my dog over the course of 2 years while I attended classes and worked a part time job. She was always very considerate of his needs, making sure he got the exercise and attention that he needed. She was flexible with her schedule too which helped a lot.
I have used rover several times but Domanique is by far the best sitter I have had thus far… If my dog could talk he would say the same thing and he does not take to everyone … kudos to Dom… my go to for now on ❤️

I have a partially fenced yard and keep a clean and smoke free home. I do have 2 dogs so I will only be taking dogs that are friendly with other dogs in my home. However, if the dogs were to ever need a break from one another, I have a partition that can keep them separate for a little. This worked well when I sat dogs that were friendly but didn’t really have good manners yet. We can communicate to find the best way for me to care for your pet and accommodate your needs. I’m open to meet & greets for our dogs to get acquainted and for us to go over expectations.

The things I need to know before doing any sort of service for you and your dog would include how your dog reacts to new people, other dogs, being in public/on walks and being handled on a leash. Tell me about sleeping arrangements, habits, stuff like that. Let me know if there are any health issues or behavioral issues to look out for while watching them. Inform me of any routines necessary to upkeep your dog's training, well-being, etc.
A typical day
There is an open field behind my house where we are free to play fetch or run around. I have a super long leash to make sure they can run and play while also being within reach if need be. I love training dogs. It's super rewarding and fun so they may learn a new trick while they're with me.

Availability
I'm at home all day most days out of the week so there is very little chance that your dog will be left alone. While I often am sitting down with my laptop, it doesn’t stop me from taking my dogs out to the bathroom or on walks. I also set alarms for feeding schedules and try to incorporate play and training into our days/walks.
