i have lots of experience with dogs as i was raised with them and absolutly love animals. Do not worry, with me i will take them for walks and make sure they are fully cared for. We will run around the yard playing and everything as i have a corner house with a big backyard.

Paula was great with our dog Leo. She sent us pics everyday. Leo had fun with her.
She was amazing. Has a backyard, flexible, asked before giving him anything different than what I sent. My dog is still a puppy with lots of energy, but also has anxiety and when I got back my dog seemed to be very happy and his normal self. He didn't even realized I walked through the door for a a minute or two. She has her own dog which was awesome because my dog had a playmate. She was also looking after another larger dog. She lives in a good neighborhood, quick to respond when asking questions or asking for updates. She ensures that the dogs she is watching has their shots. I plan to use her again if she is available for our next vacation.
My dog Caesar has fear aggression and separation anxiety, but you would have never been able to tell by the way he behaved around Paula. He didn't bark at her even once, which was a huge surprise for me. I arranged several meet and greets, and Paula was by far the one I felt most comfortable with. Her house is a great space for pets. It is spacious and very clean, and she has a big backyard which Caesar really loved. It is also clear that Paula knows how to handle all kinds of dogs. She has a resident dog, Milo, who is extremely cute but is still a puppy (10 months old I believe), which may not work for all dogs since he is so excited and jumpy, but from what I saw and heard it was okay for Caesar. Regardless, Paula is able to accommodate and knows how to manage Milo so it should work for most people. During my trip itself, Paula was in contact with me every day, sending photos and videos which I appreciated SO much. It was very relieving for me to see that Caesar wasn't anxious or upset while I was gone, but rather was going outside to play in her backyard and was falling asleep on her shoulder. In the future, Paula will be the person I leave my dog with for all trips. She is just the best.
Paula was amazing with my dog "Leo" who is not friendly to strangers at all and have mild separation anxiety. Its always been stressful for me and Leo, whenever I left him at his vet or at home alone. He would get sick even when left for one day at vet's boarding. I never asked any of my friends or family to keep him because of his not so friendly nature. Dogs like Leo need someone understanding and patient. I am so happy that I found Dogvacy app and eventually Paula through it. We took Leo to meet her a week in advance so that she knows what she will be signing into. It was not a love at first sight but he did eat some treats from her hand which was a huge deal for us as he usually didn't trust anyone. I left Leo with Paula for a night and was shocked when I saw a video sent by Paula, petting Leo. It is a big deal as no one except me and my close family members can do that. She also sent me pics of her holding him in her lap and him sleeping in his most relaxed position that is belly up. Initially, I was a bit jealous and felt cheated on by my Leo :P but truth to be told it is a huge relief that I have someone to leave Leo with whenever I cannot take him along. Paula was very prompt with her communication with me and accommodated me when we were getting late to pick up Leo. Leo came home very happy and active. I am sure it will be even better when we leave him with Paula next time. Thank you, Paula for taking such good care of Leo!
