Dixie is outstanding! Whether she's taking my German Shepherd on walks or housesitting, Dixie keeps him completely engaged, active and happy! She took it upon herself to train him to heel and clearly has the knowledge and talent to train him effectively. She keeps me informed and I feel completely confident that he is well cared for in my absence.

Dixie is a kind, sweet person, with significant personal and professional responsibilities. Thus leaving her less available physically and mentally to care for others. Here are positives, medication was given to one of my pups, with a written schedule of administration. Dixie was here at night to sleep, keeping pups company. Twice during my 5 day away, I received lovely photos and updates. Negatives were, numerous fecal and urine accidents throughout the 1st and 2nd floor of my home, new and old dried. Sick pup gets meds in cat food 2 x day, All cans were in the trash versus washed and put in recycling, needed to find assistance for Dixie for an am feed, bowls could not be found, I found them 2 days later on return in the dishwasher, leaving me to wonder what they were being fed in prior. 5 days of waste was in my back yard. Dixie is kind and obviously loves animals very much, but the fine points of additional time and care for others, in my opinion stretches her capabilties for right now.
