I can't say that I can leave a great review. To start, I asked for a mett and greet so that my dog and Dina could meet prior to see how they would interact. At first I was advised meet and greets were not allowed but did my research and was able to send her information posted on Rover regarding meet and greets and she then apologized stating her daughter was responding to clients and that she to thinks meet and greets are great. I was a little hesitant after this but said let me still give it a try and give her the benefit of the doubt. We were able to meet and my dog Prince seemed okay around her and Dina was sweet so I felt okay. I also liked that she has a front and backyard for pets to run around freely but are safe. In addition, I did ask her if other dogs would be around him just so i know and let her know it was okay as my dog is friendly but she stated there wouldn't be but she does do grooming services but those dogs are in a kennel and i said okay but its fine if he is. After the meet and greet, I decided to move forward. The day we dropped Prince off, I brought her all his food, treats, toys and bed and also made a list of his walk schedule, how he eats and when to feed him. Everything was written out for her to refer to if need be. Before we left, she asked if he is walked even when it's hot outside and I said yes, we always walk him 4 times a day and she said its not good to walk him in the heat but I let her know he has always been walked even when its hot outside. This immediately made me nervous but again moved forward especially when we had a flight the following morning. During his time there, I did text her each day and she did send pictures and was responsive when I reached out but I will say if I did not make contact first, she did not provide updates on Prince. When we returned from out trip I let her know we were on the way though she did not respond. Upon arrival to her house, Prince seemed okay when he came out from the back of her house and he seemed happy, his normal hyper self but there were other dogs and it seemed she had most of them in the back where Prince was and when was in the front of the house, not in a kennel. Take note, this is what not what she mentioned during the meet and greet. We then thanked her and left. As soon as we stepped outside and were about to leave from her gate, he immediately went to pee and he went for about 1 minute long which let me know hw had not been walked. So we decided to walk him up her block so he can use the bathroom and we noticed he was licking water off the floor from a fire hydrant and was extremely thirsty. We let him drink water from the hydrant, which he has never done but seemed to be so thirsty as if he didn't have any water. I was growing extremely upset by the minute as again we literally just got him back and we're still on her block when this all started happening. We proceeded to walk him and I noticed his stool was unusual and I'm concerned as to what she was feeding him as I had given her enough food to last the 6 days he'd be there. In addition, he did not smell good and I did bathe him the day we dropped him off. I was livid and when we got home I immediately called her multiple times and she did not answer. I texted her as well and no response. I then immediately gave him another bath and took him outside for a long walk and as soon as we got outside he threw up and again his stool was unusual. I proceeded to take pictures which I then texted to her and still no response. I also contacted Rover and provided them all my concerns via there message app and am waiting to hear back. As I write this review, I have still not heard from Dina... Unfortunately, I will never use her again. I have used Rover in the past and always worked with the same couple but they moved so I took a chance on a new person and did not have a great experience given what I seen when we got my Prince back.

Dina is absolutely amazing. She is so kind, welcoming, understanding with my hectic schedule and Sebastian absolutely loves her. I highly recommend her and we loveee her.
