Peace of mind while you are away…

Pet care experience

ABOUT ME AT-A-GLANCE: • CPR-certified for cats and dogs by the American Red Cross. • Skilled in subcutaneous and intramuscular injections. • Former trained and certified volunteer at the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter, Los Angeles County, CA. • Enhanced background check by Rover. *** Please read the following in its entirety as it may contain answers to your questions. Thank you! *** I worked as a professional pet sitter during my college years for a franchise called While You R Away based out of Ladera Ranch, CA. I was a trained & certified volunteer at the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter in Los Angeles County, CA. My last five dogs have been rescued & adopted. They ranged from big pit bulls to Boston Terriers to chihuahuas! All different shapes and sizes! Prior to my current occupation as a consultant for a vending company, I worked in the medical field as a case manager for nine years. My knowledge and experience in the medical field (administering injections, medications, CPR, general medical knowledge), as well as volunteer and rescue work, will be of great assets in caring for your pets!

Dina is the best! I’m very comfortable with having her help when I travel. She has been great with dog walks and cat checkins.

Dina is the very best! She always take wonderful care of our pups and send the best pictures. Even our very anxious dog adores her. We are so grateful to have her as our dog sitter and always have absolute peace of mind with her caring for our family. Thank you Dina!

Dina was amazing! She was very responsive and made us feel comfortable leaving our dog in her care for the first time. Our dog was a little nervous at first and Dina took her time to make sure she was comfortable before taking her out on a walk. We will definitely be using Dina again

Safety, trust & environment

Having worked with cats and dogs (and a few other animals) for over 20 years, I understand that safety, respect, and comfort will always be a priority for all parties involved. Each pet will be cared for based on individual needs. • MEET & GREET: - This is the time to get acquainted, review care instructions, and help determine whether owner, sitter, and pet(s) are a good match. - This is not the time to negotiate my rates. If you have any questions regarding my rates, please be sure to inquire prior to our Meet & Greet. This will ensure everyone’s time is respected. - A Meet & Greet is not necessary; however, it is recommended. Many of my clients have opted for phone/video calls or written instructions, and has worked out just as well. • BOOKINGS & RATES: - I have set my rates to be the average in my service area and considered fair. - Please refer to the "Services" tab for my standard rates. - Please select the appropriate service your pet(s) needs. - If you have more than one pet that requires my care, please list them individually on your Rover profile. This will ensure each pet is covered by the Rover Guarantee. Booking with multiple pets listed as one is subject to booking modifications. • CONSECUTIVE HOURS VISIT: - I provide this service at my standard hourly rate (see “Services” tab for price breakdown). - For dogs, depending on the duration of my visit, at least one walk is included. - Please be mindful that consecutive hours visit precludes me from caring for other pets (generate potential income) and therefore, my hourly rate for this visit is my minimum and non-negotiable. - If you have multiple pets, I encourage you to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to discuss possible price adjustments. • ATTENDANCE: ***As outlined by Rover’s Terms & Conditions, arrival time is approximate.*** - Please always allow for a 30 minutes to 1 hour grace period for my arrival. Inclement weather, pet’s behavior/accidents, traffic, life’s unexpected turn of events, etc. can be unpredictable and outside of one’s control and may require extra time from me— this is not to say that I don’t strive to be with your pet(s) at your desired time. • COMMUNICATION: - I am open and receptive to discussing options of my rates for different circumstances/pets that do not fall under any of my standard rates. - I am communicative and encourage you to reach out to me with any questions or requests. Thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration. I LOOK FORWARD TO MEETING YOU & CARING FOR YOUR PET BABIES!

A typical day

Every care will be tailored to each pet. I’m an active individual who enjoys nature hikes and walks, but if your pet(s) prefers to Petflix & Chill, I won’t complain and will be more than happy to give lots of belly rubs, scratches, and cuddles!
