Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life, and last year rescued the first dog of my own. He’s a heeler mix, certified AKC canine good citizen, and will be coming along for adventures with myself and your dog if you are comfortable with that!

Let me know how your dog behaves around other people and dogs (and critters!) so I can be prepared to walk them safely. Please also let me know if you are comfortable with me using treats to engage your dog on the walk if needed.
A typical day
For a standard walk around the neighborhood, I like to bring treats (smallbatch brand) to make sure your pup will be engaged when I need him/her to be for safety. If your pup knows any commands, we will practice those on the walk to stimulate them mentally and physically! For a more exciting adventure, I really enjoy walks on the trail along the Mill River by Smith College or other trails I find on AllTrails. If you want your pup REALLY tired, I'm happy to take him/her to a local mountain on a weekend and get all that energy drained!!

Availability
I'm available with a flexible schedule on weekends for walks or hikes (if you want me to really tire out your pup- we can make that happen!) and on weekdays from 5pm-8pm for walks around town or on nearby trails.
