Pet care experience
I have many years experience of caring for dogs. I had family pets growing up all my life and shared a dog with roommates in college. I work in Manhattan and have a very flexible work schedule. I have trained my college dog with classes so I picked up a few tips and tricks there. I truly am a dog lover and am doing this so I can spend more time with dogs. My schedule is flexible and I can devote weekends to watching dogs when I am not traveling. If I am watching a dog they are my first priority and they will get all the love and attention that they need.

First time boarding my very active 2 yr old lab mix. I have no complaints! Deirdre was consistent with updates and pictures that made me feel much more comfortable with having to leave my doggo behind. He was his usual happy self when he came back, so I know he enjoyed his stay :) Would definitely book services again.
Dierdre was friendly, accommodating of my schedule, and communicated often. I'd definitely love to have her watch Jade again in the future.
Dierdre was great with our dog Harvey! She kept us up to date every day and sent us pictures. He came home so happy and well exercised! I could tell that he really liked her too as he stood by HER side when I came to pick him up even though he had not seen me in a few days. Dierdre was very quick in reaponding to all communications. We would definitely recommend her and will book with her again!
Dierdre has always been a dog lover, and has so much love to give them! She is co-owner of a special needs dog, who she has taken care of for nearly a decade. She’s extremely trustworthy, thoughtful, caring, and responsible, and would be a great addition to Rover.

Availability
I work full time but can do walks and sitting on nights, weekends and holidays. I love to go on long walks for exercise so that is part of my routine anyway!
