Pet care experience
I've owned several dogs over the years, and they're all special! I have experience with older dogs and didn't adopt my own until I was home full time in retirement. Who likes being alone? My doggy routine involves at least one 45 minute walk in the morning, and playtimes during the day. Your dog will be treated just like mine, and will be on the couch, in my lap and on the bed. The animals (I also have two cats) have the run of the house except when I'm out for exercise class, etc and then I do crate them until I return.

My Mister Tibbs loves his stays with Diane. She cares for him as if he was hers. He loves his walks. It’s nice she has a dog too that he plays with. I feel it’s his home away from home! Gets all the loving there too!
We had Diane as our pet sitter when we had to go north for a couple days.She came highly recommended by our neighbor. We had a visit and our doggie n hers got along great.She has an awesome back yard for them to play.Diane sent us pictures and we could tell all things were going great. We would love for you to have her care for your pet and we’ll definitely have her again.

I have a fenced yard and let my own dog out frequently during the day. Jacky is a 14 pound schnauzer mix who gets along with all people and most dogs....he loves to play and acts much younger than his age. My cats pay no attention to my dog and are adept at jumping up on something high if they feel the need to avoid anything (vacuum lol). I have experience giving shots, meds, hand feeding....older dogs sometimes need more time and assistance.

A typical day
Dogs live to smell and we get that every day on the dog walk. At least 45 minutes every morning. Also my yard is large enough to throw a ball and get the zoomies.

I'm retired and have the time and flexibility to ensure your dog's needs are met....and that he/she is happy and not stressed. My intent is to treat your dog as I do my own....plenty of attention and affection, outside time as needed or wanted, and at least one long walk a day.
