I cannot imagine living without dogs! I am retired, very active (as in, I will walk your dog as many times as it will let me), and love to snuggle with them. My husband and I are retired, live on the lake surrounded by nature, have a small, friendly dog, and would be happy to take care of your dog and treat her/him like our own (think: LOTS of love and attention ... some might say 'spoil' while I prefer to say 'well-cared for'). We have nearly 40 years of experience raising a wide variety of dogs: hunting dogs, lap dogs, rescue dogs, shy dogs, enthusiastic dogs, deaf dogs. My husband and I are patient, kind with all living things. Your dog will feel welcome at our house!

We couldn’t be happier. We feel that Diane really cares about our dog who has not only benefited from daily walks, but also gained a new friend in Bea (Diane’s dog) She sends us updates each day, including photos of our puppy playing and clearly loving every moment. On top of that, Diane and her husband, David are really friendly people, they even let us borrow their 50’ leash.
Diane takes all her responsibilities seriously (she's like that), but when it comes to dogs, she REALLY does right by them. And that's because she is a "dog person" through and through. (If you, who is reading this, is a dog person as well, you know exactly what I mean.) I have always known Diane to treat dogs with respect and affection. She like dogs; dogs like her.
