Diana took great care of my cat! She was very accommodating (kept her pets separate from mine because my cat was scared) and flexible (dropped off my pet very late). She was also very communicative, sent pictures of my pet and gave my updates on how she was doing. I would definitely recommend her as a sitter!

When I book for a certain day and drop my pet at a certain time, I expect that the booking is for 24 hours for that day. I planned to pick my dog up at the same time drop off time , but Diana messaged and demanded to come early in the morning because she had to go on a “family trip”. I know things come up but the booking should be treated as a “work shift” so when you commits for a work shift, You must commit to the entire booking time if you commit to housing a pet. After I have gotten my dog, I noticed that he was not acting normal. My dog has been throwing up and is scared of even myself. He has been hiding under the bed and refuses to come out. I am taking him to the vet to check him out as this has never happened to him before. Every time I book rover, my dog comes back home very happy and it shows on his behaviour however, this did not happen this time.
