Hello, future friend and fellow animal lover! Are you looking for a friendly acquaintance to walk and look after your family's fur babies? If you are in search of a reliable, laid-back sitter and pet-companion, I am your girl! Why, you might ask? Well, I am an artist, photographer and I love animals (as well as sci-fi). I grew up with a golden retriever names Jessie, who was in my care for 15 years; elderly pets have a special place in my heart. As well as cats! I currently live with my beloved senior cat named Tig, who is sassy and independent, yet affectionate. She is my world! Over the years, I have walked and pet-sit for friends, family and neighbors. I think of my self as an open-minded, mellow person and I love exploring the city and Philadelphia's many beautiful public parks. When I am walking with dogs, I let them determine their own pace and I match what is most comfortable for them--I'm great at reading animals and their personalities. I don’t mind stopping to let them smell the roses--but I keep in mind to avoid the chicken bones and litter! I go on frequent walks around the neighborhood, and would love for a furry friend to be my travel companion. I am new to Rover, and based on my experience, I am the most enthusiastic to care for senior dogs, puppies and miniature dog breeds. I am also looking to care for cats of all ages, but please notify me before hand if your cat is a long-haired breed so that I can make the necessary accommodations .
