Let me start by saying that there is no possible way I could accurately describe how amazing Deziana is as a caregiver. To provide context, my puppy six months old, he is teething, and can be quite mischievous. I did not plan to leave him when I went on my trip, but due to last-minute circumstances I need to find someone to watch him while I was gone. I was so incredibly nervous about leaving him, but just moments after meeting Deziana I was put at ease. During our meet and greet she demonstrated patience, kindness, a clear understanding of puppy behaviors, and the necessary care and teaching required when raising a young pup. She was empathetic to my fear and hesitation and leaving him behind, and throughout my entire trip she would check in with me sending text updates, pictures, and videos. He lost a baby tooth while I was gone and she took the care to save it put it in a little baggie and labeled it with the date- so thoughtful! This is some thing I would have done personally, and I deeply appreciated her thinking to do so for me. She took my pup outside and to the park every single day, and it was clear that he was having so much fun with her! Deziana took great care to continue with his daily routines and discipline, and the consistency is evident in his behavior. Before my return, she left detailed notes about her time with my pup, and even took the time to clean my apartment- which I had clearly said she did not need to do! Overall, Deziana went above and beyond. I will absolutely work with her again, I will recommend her to anyone who asks, and I can’t say enough how impressed I am with the entire experience. Deziana is conscientious and dedicated. She has cared for my elderly cat and snake on multiple occasions. She was able to administer my cat's medication on time and I always returned to a happy kitty. Despite my snake being low maintenance she ensured the temperature and humidity was stable while I was away. I appreciate her diligence and the empathy for animals she has, no matter the species.
