Pet care experience
Between volunteering at the local animal shelter, dog/cat sitting for neighbors, and eventually taking on the care of my own two dogs, I have about 10 years experience working with animals (mainly dogs) under my belt. Your pup will love spending the day with me because I love to be outside (rain, snow or shine). There won't be any cutting our walks short because of weather! I offer to bring pups on hikes & walks on the local trails with me too! I am available during the week in the evening and all day on the weekends, including holidays. I look forward to getting to know your 4 legged pal!

Hello! I have known Devon for over 9 years and I can't say enough great things about her. She has watched 3 dogs of mine, a cat, and also house sat for me over the past 9 years. Devon is the most trustworthy young lady I know. She basically is the only person I trust with my animals and my home. All of my dogs and one cat are all rescues with thanks to Devon with all of her help in finding our fur babies. Any time I have to be away from my home, whether it is for a day, a week or a month, Devon is always there for me to house sit and take care of my animals. Best, Bobbie

I like to make sure that your dog has met me before my first dog walking appointment to ensure they are not scared or nervous, and can familiarize themselves with me & my scent. If we have planned to take your dog with me on a hike they will always remained leashed. I always keep a second leash on me for safety & precaution as well.

Please let me know if your dog has aggression or an undetermined attitude towards children, as my son usually comes with me to walking. I will make sure to arrange childcare before walks for dogs who don't do well with kids.
A typical day
Depending on how well your dog does off leash and/or around other dogs, I am always happy to bring your fur child to the dog park or on trails with us to go on a walk.

Availability
I am a stay at home mom right now so I am available almost everyday. My 3 year old side kick is always happy to come along with mommy to walk some furry friends too. I'm happy to fit in dog walking around our daily activity schedule. Plus, having my son come with me teaches him the responsibility and hard work it takes to care for dogs.
