Devon was 2 hours late meeting us, had no reliable transportation when she accepted the job, which left me wondering if she would make it at all. When she did meet my dog, hardly even acknowledged him. She was more interested in spilling her drama instead of learning about the position. Once we left for our trip, she showed up late and provided “drop in care” quality when I hired her for overnight all day care. Much of the day she left my year old puppy alone. Which he has never been. My home surveillance cameras showed him alone and howling for hours. She was gone most of the days and despite many times of telling her to stay at the house with him, she ignored my request and continued doing what she pleased. I had to cancel the remainder of my trip and return home. After calling Rover for a full refund, they replaced her due to “safety/negligence concerns with my pup. I would not recommend her any dog sitting jobs. She gives “cat quality” care. I was disappointed with her service and disturbed at her connection to my dog.

Did not follow schedule as requested. Very bad in communicating about pets well being and activities. Will not be using this person again. Unable to enjoy our trip due to stressing about if I’m dogs are still alive.
