Pet care experience
Our family has raised dogs since I was 13. To date, I had a personal hand in training, feeding, exercising, and taking care of a Golden Retriever, Black Labs, two Pitbulls, a West Highland Terrier, a Vizsla, Border Collies, Aussies, and a Dachshund! As an active person I especially love working dog breeds, as they can keep up with me on my runs or hikes. I always grew up hearing that a tired dog is a good dog!

Devon did amazing with my friends dog she had me set up a Rover for him while she was trying to find a new place to live in Seattle he went above and beyond and even took him on runs to get his energy out. If you are looking for a dedicated person to watch your pets Devon is it!
Devon and his fiancé took wonderful care of my 14-year-old Weimaraner Lucy. My dog Lucy loves people and she needs more than her walks or feedings, she needs loving attention and plenty of snuggles even though she is a big dog. And they more than met her needs. This is the first time I’ve picked her up from boarding where she hasn’t had that haunted look in her eyes. She seemed happy and content and I’m so grateful to Devon for gifting that to her. I would absolutely recommend Devon to any dog owner and will be using him for any future boarding.
Devon did an amazing job watching my dog. He was quick to respond and incredibly flexible with changing plans. He sent me several pictures of him walking my dog. I felt very safe leaving my Dog with Devon.

I (and my two roommates) live in a duplex with an unfenced yard very near to campus and some great parks. Both roommates also grew up with animals and are willing and able to help provide some extra attention! I am a very active person and go on runs everyday with hikes on the weekend.

Availability
I am currently a Graduate Student at WSU and I choose my own hours to work in lab so I am very flexible to accommodate your schedule! During the school year, I am also a graduate assistant rowing coach, so I am down at the snake river in the afternoons. If your dog is a fan of the water, he/she is more than welcome to tag along.
