My name is Devon and I am a graduate student at NYU. This is my fifth year living in NYC so I am very familiar with the city. I am an avid animal lover that has never known a life without pets. I am comfortable with all kinds of dogs and am game to walk or dog sit more than one at a time. I grew up with a very large Rhodesian Ridgeback and three cats at home and dog sat for a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel throughout high school. Prior to Covid-19, I was walking a Pit Bull mix everyday and occasionally overnight dog sitting when the owners went away. She is very sweet but strong and skittish so I had to be very cautious with her. This past summer I worked on a ranch in Colorado where there were tons of animals including about 15 large dogs. I have extensive experience with dogs of all sizes and am a huge animal lover. I am very calm around animals and enjoy their presence. I believe my responsibility, sweet nature and experience makes me an excellent dog sitter/walker. I would be thrilled to help you keep your beloved pets in great hands!
