Hi there and welcome to my Rover page. My name is Devon and I am a Mosinee native with a husband and more importantly two of the cutest dogs ever. I currently work from home from home part-time and my husband also works from home full time. Together we have fostered puppies, owned two dogs for 6 years, and we have been taking care of other dogs on Rover for over 2 years. Our dogs are both trained off-leash and when we can we love to take them to our families land on Lake DuBay to let them run, swim, and sniff all the sniffs. If you have a dog that does well off-leash and loves adventures like this, then look no further!

Devon was so kind and understanding when our guy had some extremely unexpected accidents. She also took him to do his favorite activity— swimming! We are so thankful for the care and updates Devon gave us during his stay!
Eleanor’s stay with Devon was super fun again! Eleanor settled right in after getting comfortable with her surroundings and Devon sent pictures/updates of the great time she was having. She also kept in good communication about pickup/drop off times. Thank you!!

Our yard is fenced and we are always home with our dogs. If we do have to leave, we have a camera in our living room to keep an eye on the dogs to make sure they aren’t doing too many cute things. Our dogs are also both very friendly. Our aussie speaks primarily aussie and looks forward to any aussie Rovers we can find but our golden knows no limits to other dogs can will love. Both of my dogs are fairly independent and don’t engage in a lot of playing with other dogs; however, there have been a few dogs that they have loved playing with.

Information Devon B. would like to know about your pet
My golden retriever is a 6 year old male. He has been attacked by two bigger male dogs when he was young so if you have a bigger male dog, it would be a good idea for our dogs to meet ahead of time. He’s not an aggressive dog but some dogs can make him nervous. My Australian Sherpherd is extremely timid and when greeting a new dog she will bark but she is very submissive. *CATS: We used to have a cat and my dogs are very good with them. If you have a cat, I would love to pet sit for you! I can keep your cat in another room until she/he become acclimated.
A typical day
My dogs are very energetic and love to run off-leash and if this is an option for your dog then I would love to take them to parks where they are allowed off leash to get rid of some energy. We live close to the Wisconsin River as well and we like to go down to the river for swimming when the weather is nice!

Availability
I work part-time at home so I have a lot of time to make sure your dog hears how beautiful/handsome they are. We typically keep the door open in our home that goes to the backyard so dogs can go in and out as they need.
