I've been an avid animal lover my whole life and a proud pet parent since I was twelve. In addition to my wealth of experience caring for my own cats and dogs, I spent the last three-and-a-half years of my career as an animal shelter Volunteer Coordinator, working with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments each and every day. I am Fear-Free-certified and pay close attention to animal boundaries to cultivate environments of mutual joy and safety. I also have short-and-long-term foster care experience for senior animals, including fospice care.

First impressions are as important for our four-legged friends as they are for us! I make sure to start every interaction with a new animal friend with a consent-based, fear-free approach, keeping a lookout for any signs of anxiety or stress and moving at the animal's pace--I also make sure to touch base with clients in-depth about their animal's personality, behavior, and needs. Once I've established trust and rapport with an animal, I strive to preserve as much as possible of the day-to-day routine they would expect with their permanent pet parent, in the environment they're most comfortable in--their own home.

Devlin was great with my kitties and very professional
We had a great experince with Devlin! He was was respnsive, sent great updates, and took the time to play with the cats after all of the necessary tasks were completed.
Flexible and understanding as we were inconsistent with our communication due to a death in the family. Wonderful with our pets and sent lots of photos and videos. We would definitely reach out to Delvin in the future if we were in need of a pet sitter.

Schedule
After moving from Philadelphia to the Cleveland area to be closer to family, I've wanted to make sure I'm continuing to nurture my passion for animal welfare and animal care, so I'm currently committing to pet-sitting, dog-walking, and animal care full-time!
